This meeting was organized to encourage the participation of all institutions in active financial execution. It reviewed the financial execution performance, provided guidance on this year's goals to minimize unused budgets, and checked the promotion plans for consumption and investment sectors and the execution status of facility projects during the first half of the year.
Since last year's school accounts will close at the end of February, with little time left until the end of the fiscal year, they urged active execution of budgets necessary for school operations.
Additionally, to achieve the early execution target amount for the first half and the consumption and investment subject goals, temporary special provisions regarding the local contract system were reviewed. They encouraged active use of the facility project advance payment and pre-notification system and early execution of carryover project funds.
A budget officer stated, "Active financial execution can improve the quality of the educational environment and contribute to revitalizing the local economy, so we ask for continuous interest and cooperation."
