"Easy Mobile Access to Home Mortgage Loans Without Visiting the Bank"

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Shinhan Bank announced on the 18th that it will hold a non-face-to-face mortgage loan event until February 28, 2022, to celebrate the New Year.

During this event period, customers who apply for a non-face-to-face mortgage loan through the SOL application and execute it within one month will be entered into a draw to receive prizes including a Styler (1 person), Code Zero vacuum cleaner (2 people), Apple Watch (7 people), and AirPods (12 people). Additionally, customers who simply apply for the Shinhan non-face-to-face mortgage loan will be entered into a draw to receive mobile coffee coupons (2,000 people).

The Shinhan non-face-to-face mortgage loan has been available for application through the SOL app since March of last year, and in September of the same year, the service was improved to establish a completely non-face-to-face mortgage loan process without the need to visit the bank. The non-face-to-face mortgage loan can handle various types of housing such as apartments, multi-family houses, officetels, and can be used for purposes including home purchase funds, refinancing from other banks, and living stabilization funds.

In particular, Shinhan Bank allows customers to visit the bank for consultation upon their request for mortgage loan applications intended for home purchase or refinancing from other banks, to alleviate customers' concerns about non-face-to-face loans.
