A mammoth-scale residential complex that enables a ‘one-stop life’ is emerging within Paju Unjeong New Town, which is becoming a new residential hub in northern Gyeonggi Province. The complex will include not only residential facilities but also office, commercial, cultural, and educational facilities, allowing residents to enjoy various conveniences without having to go far.
The spotlighted project is located in Wadong-dong, Unjeong New Town, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It will be constructed with 13 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, totaling 3,413 units (744 apartments and 2,669 residential officetels). Among these, 2,669 residential officetels (with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 147㎡) are being prioritized for sale.
Within the complex, ‘Shinsegae Property’ will establish a new large-scale community-type shopping space called ‘Starbuild Village.’ It will be built on floors 1 through 4 above ground. This space will feature various facilities equipped with diverse content such as a specialized grocery store, academy, entertainment, education, kids’ content, medical services, beauty, and healthcare.
Additionally, a luxury street mall with a total floor area of approximately 17,930 pyeong will be installed within the complex, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm ‘Benoy.’ Benoy is a global company that designed Starfield Hanam, Incheon International Airport, and Lotte World Tower.
CGV, a multiplex cinema, will be located in the P1 block. It will have a total floor area of about 3,335 pyeong and operate six screening rooms. The private educational institution ‘Jongno M School’ will also open a branch here. After ‘Jongno M School’ opens within the complex, residents will receive a 50% tuition discount for two years.
As a mammoth-scale complex, it will be equipped with abundant and diverse landscaping and community facilities. A themed garden blending trees and flowers will be created so residents can enjoy rest and leisure within the complex. Also, the lower floors of buildings adjacent to Sori Stream will be designed as resting spaces connected to pedestrian paths by utilizing open public spaces.
Community facilities within the complex will include a large-scale fitness center and GX rooms to promote residents’ health. There will also be a duplex golf practice range with a driving distance of 19 meters and a screen golf practice range. For young children, ‘H I-Sup’ will be created, an indoor play area designed to provide a comfortable environment like a forest. On the top floors (49th floor) of each officetel building, a sky lounge will be provided to capture the beautiful scenery of Unjeong New Town in one place. In addition, various learning spaces for children such as a book caf?, study rooms, an imagination library, and separate reading rooms for boys and girls will be available.
Moreover, since the project site and its surroundings are being developed as commercial areas, it is expected that access to living convenience facilities will be easy in the future. Nearby facilities include Uijeongbu District Court, Goyang Branch Paju District Court, Korea Legal Aid Corporation, post office, and Unjeong Health Center Healthcare Center.
The complex is adjacent to ‘Unjeong Lake Park,’ the top attraction of Unjeong New Town, and ‘Sori Stream,’ which has been transformed into an ecological stream. Most units, except for some, are expected to secure blue views.
Hillstate The Unjeong is close to Unjeong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Also, the soon-to-be-opened Seohae Line (Daegok?Sosa) will share the Gyeongui-Jungang Line tracks from Daegok Station to Unjeong Station. Therefore, once the Seohae Line opens, residents will be able to use both the Gyeongui-Jungang Line and the Seohae Line (planned) at Unjeong Station.
Interest-free benefits on interim payments will be expanded from the existing 50% to 60%, providing full interest-free loans on interim payments to contract holders. Additionally, built-in appliances such as a bespoke built-in refrigerator/freezer, built-in functional oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, and dry/wet separated bathrooms will be provided as standard.
