POSCO E&C to Launch Sales for Uijeongbu 'The Sharp Rhythm City' Next Month

POSCO E&C announced on the 17th that it will launch sales of 'The Sharp Rhythm City' in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do next month.

This complex will be built on Joint Block 1 of the Uijeongbu Rhythm City Complex Cultural Convergence District, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 536 households.

It is composed of small to medium-sized units preferred by consumers: ▲60㎡A 116 units ▲60㎡B 25 units ▲84㎡A 277 units ▲84㎡B 44 units ▲84㎡C 74 units.

The Uijeongbu Rhythm City project is an urban development project that develops the Sangok-dong area of Uijeongbu City into a complex tourism and leisure complex where culture, tourism, shopping, and residential areas coexist. It is expected to form a large-scale residential town representing Uijeongbu along with the Gosan and Millak districts.

The Sharp Rhythm City is located in a 'forest zone' surrounded by Buyongsan Mountain, Gitdaebong Peak, and Buyongcheon Stream. Residents can use local transportation networks such as Songsan-ro and Uijeongbu Light Rail Gosan Station, and it is easy to access the Seoul Metropolitan Area’s First Outer Ring Expressway, providing excellent accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area.

Facilities such as a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, reading room, kids house (daycare), and moms caf? will be established. Efficient energy facilities including a solar power generation system, parking lot welcome lighting, and standby power cut-off system are planned, and a security system will be applied to provide a safe residential environment.

A POSCO E&C official said, "This is the first and only private sale apartment in Rhythm City that will reshape the residential map of Uijeongbu City," adding, "This complex is receiving great attention as it is priced within the high-price management zone, which is expected to secure a premium in the future."
