Park Soo-hyun, Senior Secretary for Public Communication at the Blue House, stated in a briefing at the Press Center that "(Senior Secretary Kim) has a high level of understanding of the government's philosophy and possesses outstanding work ability and communication skills," adding, "He will smoothly carry out the stable completion of government tasks and the establishment of public service discipline."
Senior Secretary Kim was born in 1967 and graduated from Gwangju Songwon High School and Yonsei University with a degree in Public Administration. He passed the 40th Judicial Examination and served as a presiding judge at the Gwangju District Court and the Incheon District Court. Senior Secretary Kim will begin his term on the 18th.
