Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Monteroie' Sales This Month

Hyundai Construction plans to sell units of ‘Hillstate Monteroi’ in Wangsalli area, Mohyeon-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do in January. The complex consists of a total of 3 blocks, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with 40 buildings and exclusive areas of 59 to 185㎡. It will be composed of 1,043 households in Block 1, 1,318 households in Block 2, and 1,370 households in Block 3, totaling 3,731 households.

Mohyeon-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, relatively free from restrictions such as subscription, loans, and taxes. If the subscription savings account has been held for more than 12 months and the deposit amount according to the area is met, not only the head of the household but also household members qualify for first priority subscription, and homeowners can also apply for first priority subscription. There is no restriction on re-winning, and the sale of pre-sale rights is possible six months after the announcement of the winners.

The number of units allocated by lottery is also relatively high, providing a good opportunity for applicants with low subscription scores. In fact, in regulated areas, only 25% of units with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less are supplied by lottery, whereas in non-regulated areas, 60% of units with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less are supplied by lottery, and units exceeding 85㎡ are 100% supplied by lottery. Additionally, since the announcement dates of winners for the three blocks differ, overlapping subscriptions are possible, increasing the chances of winning, which is another advantage.

It is convenient to move to the Gangnam area of Seoul, and Gyeonggang Line Gyeonggi Gwangju Station is within a 10-minute drive. Using Gosan IC and Taejeon Junction (JC), it is easy to access Gwangju Taejeon District as well as Pangyo and Bundang new towns. The Seoul-Sejong Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway are also scheduled to open, which is expected to greatly improve accessibility to Seoul.
