Public Sale General Supply 1st and 2nd Priority Subscription from January 17 to 24
Newlywed Hope Town, Subscription Available for Residents in 9 Metropolitan Areas Including Incheon Gyeyang until the 21st
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 16th that it will begin accepting applications for public sale general supply and newlywed hopeful town subscriptions for residents of the metropolitan area starting from the 17th.
Applications will be accepted until the 24th, and since the application dates vary depending on eligibility, applicants must check the resident recruitment announcement.
The public sale general supply targets are public sale housing within the districts of △Namyangju Wangsuk △Bucheon Daejang △Goyang Changneung △Siheung Geomo △Ansan Jangsang △Ansan Singil 2 △Goyang Janghang.
The newlywed hopeful town subscription targets are newlywed hopeful towns within the districts of △Incheon Gyeyang △Namyangju Wangsuk △Bucheon Daejang △Goyang Changneung △Bucheon Yeokgok △Siheung Geomo △Ansan Jangsang △Ansan Singil 2 △Guri Galmae Station Area.
The newlywed hopeful towns in Seongnam Geumto and Seoul Daebang districts are only open to residents who have lived in the area for more than 2 years (or plan to live for more than 2 years) and cannot be applied for after the application deadline (January 14). Except for these two locations, residents of the metropolitan area can apply.
For public sale general supply, applicants must be members of a non-homeowner household residing in the metropolitan area as of the resident recruitment announcement date (December 29, 2021), and must be subscribers to the resident savings with qualifications by rank to apply.
It should be noted that all districts in the 4th pre-subscription are designated as speculative overheated zones or subscription overheated areas, so priority supply is given to those who meet the first-rank requirements. Also, when applying for housing with an exclusive area of 60㎡ or less, applicants must meet asset ownership and income criteria.
First-rank applications for public sale can be submitted from the 17th to the 21st, and second-rank applications can be submitted on the 24th.
On the 17th, applicants who meet the conditions of ‘residing in the relevant area, non-homeowner period of 3 years, and payment of 6 million KRW or more in subscription savings’ among the first-rank general supply can apply, and on the 18th, all first-rank general supply residents of the relevant area can apply.
Newlywed hopeful town applications will be accepted from the 17th to the 21st for residents of Gyeonggi Province and other areas (metropolitan area).
Applicants can apply for the newlywed hopeful town if they meet the total asset and income criteria based on the pre-subscription resident recruitment announcement date.
If selected as a resident of a newlywed hopeful town house whose supply price exceeds the total asset value at the time of the main subscription, applicants must subscribe to the ‘Newlywed Hopeful Town Exclusive Long-term Mortgage Loan (Profit-sharing Mortgage)’ product operated by HUG, and the loan limit for the profit-sharing mortgage will be finalized at the time of the main subscription.
Applications must be submitted online through the pre-subscription website or the LH subscription center. However, elderly applicants aged 65 or older and persons with disabilities who have difficulty using the internet can apply at on-site reception centers, but must make a reservation before visiting.
If applicants meet the newlywed hopeful town subscription qualifications such as being married within 7 years, it is more advantageous to apply for the newlywed hopeful town than the general supply.
