[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] The blockchain platform new business 'LOTT Project' by beauty specialist brand Beauty Bakery is being implemented in real life.

On the 13th, Beauty Bakery announced that former pro gamer and broadcaster Guillaume Patry will introduce the 'LOTT Token' payment service at his restaurant 'La C?ne,' which opens in February.

Last year, Guillaume Patry was appointed as an advisor for this project. He gained attention for investing in Bitcoin when it was traded at $700 (about 830,000 KRW) and earning more than 60 times the profit.

A Beauty Bakery official said, "We are pleased to showcase the LOTT Project service linked to offline stores for the first time at Guillaume Patry's restaurant," adding, "Customers visiting La C?ne restaurant can use LOTT Tokens not only to pay for meals but also to trade paintings and accessory items within the restaurant as non-fungible tokens (NFTs)."

Going forward, Beauty Bakery plans to expand the usage of LOTT through the stable completion of the LOTT platform development and partnerships with various companies.

Meanwhile, last month, Beauty Bakery filed five trademark applications with the Korean Intellectual Property Office related to its blockchain metaverse and NFT platform business, including 'DNA Avatar' and 'Medicverse.'
