Hoban Construction Opens Model House for Nature-Friendly Complex 'Hoban Summit Forecent' on the 13th

‘Hoban Summit Forecent,’ constructed by Hoban Construction, will open its model house on the 13th and begin full-scale sales.


‘Hoban Summit Forecent’ is being developed in the Samryong 1 District unit plan area in Samryong-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. The complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 594 units sized between 76 and 144㎡.


The number of units by exclusive area is ▲76㎡ 160 units ▲84㎡ 430 units ▲129㎡ 2 units ▲144㎡ 2 units, mainly offering small to medium-sized units. In particular, a second phase (approximately 700 units) is planned right next to the project site, which is expected to form a large-scale brand town of about 1,300 units in total, becoming a landmark apartment complex.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on Monday, January 24, followed by first priority applications from the relevant area on Tuesday, January 25, first priority applications from other areas on Wednesday, January 26, and second priority applications on Thursday, January 27. The announcement of successful applicants will be on Wednesday, February 9, and contracts will be signed over five days from Thursday, February 24 to Monday, February 28.


A sales official stated, “Hoban Summit Forecent is located in a nature-friendly complex right in front of a park, positioned in a prime location where residents can enjoy both the old downtown and Cheongsu district living areas,” adding, “There have been many inquiries due to high expectations for the Hoban Summit product and brand town.”


Various Specialized Designs to Maximize Space Utilization

‘Hoban Summit Forecent’ maximizes natural light and ventilation through a south-facing layout and satisfies diverse consumer preferences with a mixed design of slab-type and tower-type buildings. Considering household chores, kitchen furniture is arranged efficiently, and various storage spaces such as dressing rooms and multipurpose rooms are provided to enhance space utilization. Additionally, through paid options, additional storage spaces such as entrance closets, kitchen pantries, powder rooms, and bedroom 3 pantries can be secured. (Varies by type)
