On the 6th, ‘Goyang Hwajeong Station Dongmun The East’ announced that it recorded a highest subscription rate of 11.29:1 for the 83Da type and an average subscription rate of 9.35:1 by using Unipicker, an electronic lottery system that allows fair and easy drawing for applicants.


Goyang Hwajeong Station Dongmun The East, which issued a resident recruitment announcement in December 2021, is attracting much attention as the last sale unit not subject to the government’s strengthened DSR regulations. In addition, anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account, drawing interest from young people and family members with insufficient points under the scoring system.


Goyang Hwajeong Station Dongmun The East, located in the Hwajeong-dong area of Goyang City, will be constructed with a total floor area of 20,738.10㎡, spanning from 7 basement floors to 19 above-ground floors.


The units will be designed in a 3Bay and 4Bay slab-type structure with exclusive areas ranging from 61.53㎡ to 84.52㎡. All units include an additional upper loft, creating a duplex space connected by stairs, offering a wide open feeling in the living room and a spacious loft area. A total of 119 officetel units will be sold.


Inside the complex, full-furnished systems (varying by type) such as Samsung Bespoke Kitchen Fit refrigerators, kimchi refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, system air conditioners, ovens, and induction cooktops will be provided. Community-specialized facilities for residents’ convenience, including a rooftop, underground storage, and fitness center, will also be included.


The nearby area boasts station accessibility with Hwajeong Station, GTX-A Line (scheduled for 2024), Daegok Transfer Station, and the planned Goyang Line. It also offers easy access to the Outer Ring Road, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Jayu-ro. Infrastructure such as Lotte Mart, E-Mart, IKEA, and Starfield, as well as convenience facilities like district office, police station, hospital, and banks, are well established. Educational institutions including kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools are also abundantly available.
