Exchange Reviews and Approves Delisting of YeonEBNT

[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Committee announced on the 5th that it has reviewed and resolved to delist Yeonibntee Co., Ltd.

The company may file an objection within 15 business days from the date of receiving the delisting notification. If no objection is filed, the delisting process will proceed after the expiration of the objection period.

If an objection is filed, the KOSDAQ Market Committee will hold a meeting within 20 business days from the date of receiving the objection to decide whether to delist the company (including whether to grant an improvement period).
