▲Samsung Biologics= Signed a letter of intent for a contract worth KRW 67,399,280,000 for contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals with a European pharmaceutical company. The contracting party will be disclosed after March 31 next year due to business confidentiality.

▲Samsung Electro-Mechanics= Decided to lend KRW 1,013.7 billion to its Vietnam subsidiary on April 1 next year. This is 17.2% of its equity capital. The loan period is until March 31, 2029. The interest rate is 1.7%. The funds are for investment in package substrates of the Vietnam subsidiary.

▲KTB Investment & Securities= Decided on short-term borrowing of KRW 800 billion. This is 135.7% of its equity capital. The borrowing types include commercial paper, financial institution loans, private bonds, and other borrowings. The total short-term borrowings increased from KRW 2 trillion to KRW 2.8 trillion. The company stated that the borrowing limit is secured for stable operating fund procurement.

▲Hanwha= Subsidiary Hanwha EU ENERGY Solutions SE decided on a rights offering worth KRW 1,004,263,900,000. This rights offering will issue 10 million common shares with a fixed issue price of KRW 100,426 per share. The purpose of issuance is to acquire securities of other companies.

▲Korean Air= Disposed of 22 land parcels including 48-3 Songhyeon-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul to Korea Land & Housing Corporation for KRW 557,897,120,000. The disposal date is scheduled for June 30 next year. The purpose of disposal is stated as "improvement of financial structure."
