On the same day, Dongyang Life Insurance held an inauguration ceremony at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, pledging to work hard to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities and promote sports. The ceremony was attended by officials from the Korea Disabled Sports Support Center, team members, and guardians.
The Angel Wing team consists of 10 badminton players. They are employed as Dongyang Life Insurance staff and train at their respective sports facilities. Dongyang Life Insurance recognizes training hours as working hours and provides various employee welfare benefits, including monthly salaries, group insurance, and support for family events.
When they achieve excellent results at the National Sports Festival, they will receive prize money, and the company plans to actively support them so they can pursue their athletic careers in a stable environment.
