[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] Park Soo-young, a member of the People Power Party, demanded the resignation of Lee Jun-seok, the party leader, and all Supreme Council members on the 21st.
Park said through social media (SNS) on the same day, "I demand the resignation of the party leader and Supreme Council members elected through the party convention," and added, "I urge the party leadership to show the courage to take at least minimal responsibility before the party members." He continued, "Until the presidential election, we must run focused on the candidate and the regime change."
He pointed out, "How the election campaign committee is formed, who is in or out, ultimately looks like a fight over food bowls to the public," and said, "They are fighting over the bowls before even thinking about serving the food. That is why the noisy commotion is so loud."
Park also said, "Criticizing each other's discord on SNS should be restrained," and added, "Won't that only result in losing the public's expectations and support?"
He appealed, "If we fail to achieve regime change to save the Republic of Korea from crisis and punish the incompetent and corrupt fake progressive forces, we will all remain sinners before history."
