Hyundai Construction announced on the 21st that it will open the model house for ‘LAPENTHILL,’ located in Wolgye-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, on the 22nd and begin full-scale sales.


The complex consists of two buildings ranging from three basement floors to 22 above-ground floors, with a total of 72 units sized between 201 and 244㎡. Neighborhood living facilities will be established on the first to third floors above ground, allowing residents to enjoy a one-stop lifestyle. The number of units by exclusive area is △201㎡ 68 units △241㎡ 2 units △244㎡ 2 units, making it a rare large-scale apartment in Gwangju with high scarcity value.


Additionally, the complex offers a total of 10 diverse floor plan types to broaden choices, providing a luxurious residential space that meets the needs and values of domestic VVIPs (ultra-high-net-worth individuals).


A special residential space where all units enjoy penthouse-level living

‘LAPENTHILL’ offers a refined penthouse-level lifestyle both inside and outside the complex. It enhances symbolism by designing twin towers with a luxurious curtain wall look and implements a three-dimensional and aesthetic facade by designing protruding terraces.


Independence and convenience, essential elements of high-end residential products, have also been maximized. Elevators are arranged by line for private use, and each unit has its own elevator hall, allowing residents to enjoy a secure and independent lifestyle in their exclusive space.


Parking space is generously provided with 3.1 spaces per unit, and more than half of the total parking spaces are planned as expanded parking lots with a width of 2.6m. Seasonal storage rooms installed on basement floors 1 to 3 allow residents to separately store items not used seasonally or bulky belongings.


The community center will be located on the 4th floor above ground. It will feature a relax fitness space for residents’ health improvement, divided into Pilates and yoga & meditation rooms to enjoy exercise according to preferences. Additionally, a private studio for small group meetings in an independent space will be provided.


As a large apartment, the basic configuration includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The 241㎡ units include an alpha room, and the 244㎡ units offer an additional family room. Inside the units, a ceiling height of 2.6m is applied, with coffered ceilings in the living and dining areas, and storage spaces are maximized with entrance storage, auxiliary kitchen, dressing room, and powder room. The kitchen is designed as a circular independent island kitchen considering the housewife’s movement, and kitchen furniture from the European luxury brand Febal Casa is installed.


In addition, various kitchen appliances such as imported island hoods, three-burner induction cooktops, two-burner electric highlights, built-in combination kimchi refrigerators, dishwashers, and functional ovens are provided as standard. High-end finishing materials such as ceramic tile art walls and imported Italian faucets will be used throughout the home.


Large terraces for outdoor activities and leisure are provided in all units. They are designed to be spacious enough to enjoy various hobbies such as gardening, barbecue parties, and home cafes.


The 201㎡ units offer a hidden kitchen storage specialization option to additionally expand kitchen storage space. This expands the pantry space to store cooking items and other complex elements, enabling versatile use. Also, the master bedroom can be customized with a master study specialization option, converting the inner space next to the bathroom into an alpha room plus dressing room. This is ideal for residents who want to create an independent personal space according to their tastes and lifestyles.


The 241㎡ units can select a compact social dining specialization option free of charge, which optimizes the flow between cooking and dining spaces. The master bedroom master study specialization option (dressing room + alpha room) is also available. The 244㎡ units can choose a seasonal storage specialization option to convert bedroom 2 into a space for storing seasonal items, and the master bedroom can select a built-in closet storage specialization option to install a large built-in closet in the powder room + dressing room space.


At the unit entrance, an H Clean entrance that blocks fine dust inflow can be selected (except for some units) along with a middle door, enabling a comfortable indoor living environment. Hyundai Construction’s proprietary IoT platform, Hi-oT service, will also be applied to support convenient smart home living. Residents can remotely control lighting, cooktops, heating and cooling, and ventilation equipment via a smartphone app both inside and outside the complex.

The complex is located near the administrative town housing the Government Gwangju Regional Joint Office, Gwangju National Tax Service, and Gwangju Regional Public Procurement Service. Shopping and cultural facilities such as Lotte Mart, CGV, and Megabox are within walking distance, enabling convenient living. Various living convenience facilities including Gwangju Advanced General Hospital, Gwangju Veterans Hospital, and Gwangju Postal Distribution Center are also within a 1km radius.


Access to downtown and outskirts of Gwangju is easy via nearby Imbangul-daero and Cheomdan Riverside Road, and entry to the Honam Expressway via Gwangsan IC is also convenient. Furthermore, the new Gwangju Subway Line 2 station near the complex is scheduled to open, further improving transportation conditions.

The sales schedule for ‘LAPENTHILL’ begins with the model house opening on the 22nd, followed by special supply on the 23rd, first priority for the relevant area on the 24th, first priority for other areas on the 27th, and second priority subscription on the 28th. The announcement of winners will be on January 3, 2022, and the official contract period will be from January 14 to January 18. The model house is located in Docheon-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
