Department of Architecture at Dongmyeong University, 38 Winners Including Special Selection at Busan International Architecture Exhibition

Handong Hwan, a student in the Department of Architecture at Dongmyung University and a special prize winner at the 2021 Busan International Architecture Exhibition (right), is presenting at the architecture exhibition.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Department of Architecture at Dongmyung University ranked first in the 2021 Busan International Architecture Exhibition.

Dongmyung University produced 38 awardees at the 2021 Busan International Architecture Exhibition, including Han Dong-hoon who received a special prize, and Hwang Su-gyeong and Min Geon-young who received encouragement awards. In 2020, 34 students achieved honorable mentions or higher.

Dongmyung University stated, "The award achievements are evaluated as the comprehensive result of substantial programs such as active participation in large-scale government-funded projects, overseas architectural training in various European countries and the United States, internship support at excellent companies, various scholarships and free education for major certifications, advanced equipment, support for club activities, and competitions."

The Department of Architecture at Dongmyung University had 10 students win awards over two years from 2020 to 2021 at the Korea Architecture Exhibition.
