Sh Suhyup Bank Launches Event with BC Card Offering 5.0% Annual Interest Benefits

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 20th that it will hold an event offering interest rate benefits of up to 5.0% per annum in collaboration with BC Card.

The product is the ‘It Jayu Savings (Partnership) II,’ a 12-month maturity product with a maximum subscription amount of up to 200,000 KRW per month. The base interest rate is 0.9% per annum.

If conditions such as marketing consent and new customer status are met, a preferential interest rate of up to 1.5 percentage points per annum is provided. Additionally, if BC Card usage conditions are fulfilled, a special reward of 2.6 percentage points per annum is added, allowing for a maximum interest benefit of 5.0% per annum. The offer period is until February 4.

The usage conditions are ▲ no BC Baro Card usage performance in the six months prior to event application, ▲ customers holding a BC Baro Card online, and ▲ spending at least 500,000 KRW by the month before the savings maturity. Also, if BC Baro Card is used for more than 50,000 KRW by February 16, a Thank You Reward of 50,000 KRW cash cashback is provided.
