Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance analyzed that the main reason for the increase in homepage visitors was the reflection of customer expectations for the newly revamped homepage and various marketing activities commemorating the launch of the new brand.
Additionally, more than 1.2 million customers visited the homepage to participate in events held alongside the new brand. The events featured nine unique virtual items that cannot be seen anywhere else, such as Honsulkkambu, Tteoksang Glass, Bujangnim-eul Side Mirror, Damakgo Jangtu Gagae, and Nun-euroman Barigate, with participants voting to select the most popular items.
A representative from Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Direct said, "To expand into a lifestyle-oriented platform, it is essential to move away from the existing difficult and rigid image of insurance and become a brand that is more familiar to consumers," adding, "We will strive harder to discover various content and provide services to become a customer-friendly brand."
