Dong-Eui University Presents Life Sharing Scholarship Certificates to 'Blood Donation Scholarship Students' Students who participated in the blood donation scholarship certificate ceremony are taking a commemorative photo.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Dong-Eui University Regional Collaboration Center and the Korean Red Cross Busan Blood Center held a 'Blood Donation Scholarship Certificate Award Ceremony' on the 16th.


The ceremony was attended by Kwon Yong-gyu, Director of the Busan Blood Center, Kim Hyang-sook, Head of Nursing Team 1, Kim Yong-man, Head of Blood Donation Support Team, Yoon Hyun-seo, Director of the Dong-Eui University Regional Collaboration Center, Seo Joo-tae, Manager, and blood donation scholarship students.


Dong-Eui University and the Busan Blood Center selected blood donation scholarship students based on the students' blood donations and volunteer hours.


At the event, the Busan Blood Center awarded scholarships of 300,000 KRW each to 20 students, including Han Yoo-bin from the Department of Nursing, who donated blood six times and volunteered for 10 hours during the blood donation relay period, and Choi Min-gi, majoring in Digital Content Studies, who donated blood three times and volunteered for 35 hours.


The '42nd Dong-Eui Family Neighbor Love Blood Donation Relay,' hosted by the Dong-Eui University Regional Collaboration Center and the Korean Red Cross Busan Blood Center, saw participation from 641 students and faculty members. The event was held from November 22 to December 3 at the Blood Donation House Dong-Eui University Center.


A total of 49,525 people have participated in the blood donation relay from the 1st event in 1999 through the 42nd event.
