[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Emart24 announced on the 13th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with S-Oil to establish a business model utilizing idle spaces at gas stations and for collaborative marketing.


Through this agreement, both companies agreed to ▲ explore various forms of Emart24 store openings utilizing idle spaces at gas stations ▲ strengthen marketing collaboration activities ▲ actively participate in supporting socially vulnerable groups through sustainable social contribution models.


Kim Jang-wook, CEO of Emart24, said, “We expect to meet the needs of customers from both companies through the development of various business models and joint marketing enabled by this agreement,” adding, “Based on a solid cooperative relationship, we will contribute to local communities by generating additional revenue and establishing a sustainable new social contribution model.”
