Next week, the first pre-sale applications for private apartments will begin in areas such as Pyeongtaek Godeok, Osan Segyo 2, and Busan Jang-an.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the third week of December, a total of 13,584 units (including officetels, urban lifestyle housing, private pre-sale, and rental units, excluding public rental housing) will start sales across 22 locations nationwide.

Pre-sale applications for private apartments on public land will also begin. Until now, pre-sale applications were only available for public sales, but starting next week, pre-sale applications will be possible for private sales as well. In the first phase, a total of 2,528 units will be supplied through this pre-sale: △ Osan Segyo 2 A14 Block (Woomi Construction) with 1,391 units, △ Pyeongtaek Godeok A49 Block (Hoban Construction) with 633 units, and △ Busan Jang-an B-2 Block (Jungheung Construction) with 504 units. Special supply applications will be accepted on the 13th, and first-priority general supply applications on the 14th.

Additionally, brand apartments built by major construction companies are attracting attention as they open for applications. Hyundai Engineering is offering ‘Hillstate Sosa Station’ in Gyeonggi-do, HDC Hyundai Development Company is presenting ‘Cheongna International City I-Park’ in Incheon, and Daewoo Construction is launching ‘Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent’ in Daegu.

In Seoul, the only urban lifestyle housing accepting applications is ‘Gangdong Jungang Heights City’.

Model houses such as ‘La Pent Hill’, ‘Penta Hills Prugio Phase 2’, and ‘Hakgok Phase 2 Moa Elga Vista’ are scheduled to open at 16 locations. Including ‘Tangjeong Station Yemi Ji’, which attracted over 130,000 applicants, announcements of winners are planned for 28 locations, and contracts will be conducted at 22 locations.
