Ulju-gun Completes Guidance and Inspection of Real Estate Agencies for the Second Half of the Year Ulju County Office.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Ulju-gun completed the guidance and inspection of real estate brokerage offices within the jurisdiction for the second half of 2021 from October 25 to November.

The county formed its own inspection team and inspected 110 out of 453 real estate brokerage offices in the area.

The inspection covered the registration certificates of brokerage offices and the transfer or lending of licenses, overcharging of brokerage fees or actual expenses, preparation and storage of transaction contracts and property confirmation/explanation documents, and violations related to property display and advertising.

As a result of the guidance and inspection, 27 offices violating the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act were detected.

Twenty-five offices with minor violations, such as failure to post the revised brokerage fee rate table, were corrected on site.

Two offices that failed to keep the property confirmation/explanation documents and transaction contracts or omitted seals on the property confirmation/explanation documents are scheduled for administrative action.

County Governor Lee Seon-ho said, “We will do our best to eradicate illegal brokerage activities and establish a sound real estate transaction order through continuous guidance and inspection of real estate brokerage offices.”
