'Integrity Evaluation' Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education Rated Grade 3... Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Rated Grade 4

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] In the 2021 Public Institution Integrity Evaluation by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education received the same Grade 3 as last year, while the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education received Grade 4, one level lower than last year.


On the 9th, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission announced the results of the integrity survey conducted on 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide.


The overall integrity rating of the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education remained at Grade 3, the same as last year.


The external integrity rating was Grade 3, maintaining the same grade as last year, while the internal integrity rating rose by one level to Grade 2.


The overall integrity rating of the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education dropped by one level compared to last year.


The external integrity rating fell by one level to Grade 3 compared to last year, and the internal integrity rating remained at Grade 4.


The overall integrity rating is a score calculated by averaging the external and internal integrity ratings and then reflecting deductions for occurrences of corruption incidents. Integrity evaluations are classified into five grades from 1 to 5.
