[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do has completely revamped the Jindo-gun Agricultural Technology Center website to improve administrative service accessibility and communication regarding agricultural information.

According to the county on the 9th, the newly revamped website categorizes various subsidy (loan) projects, pilot projects, education, and support for returning to farming and rural areas promoted by the Agricultural Technology Center in an easy-to-understand manner.

In particular, with the increase in non-face-to-face online lectures due to COVID-19 and many inquiries from farmers, information services such as real-time education application and registration status are also provided in an integrated manner.

The main screen has been expanded considering the accessibility of information delivery, and six top menus have been arranged: institution introduction, agricultural technology information, main tasks, scientific farming, educational resources, and notice board.

Additionally, a new corner introducing the daily life of farmers through videos has been established to familiarize urban residents considering returning to farming and rural areas with rural life, providing practical help.

A representative of the Jindo-gun Agricultural Technology Center said, “We have undertaken website maintenance to share agricultural projects promoted by the county thoroughly with farms,” and added, “We plan to continue efforts to become a communication platform for Jindo-gun farmers through accurate and prompt information delivery.”
