[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Saltlux announced on the 9th that it is strengthening its position in the global market by consecutively securing overseas projects.
Recently, Saltlux's US branch has consecutively signed contracts for supplying Tokbot, Korea's only knowledge graph-based chatbot, and building a call center data dashboard. Saltlux has steadily developed overseas markets not only through the US but also through its Vietnam branch, which has been operating for over 10 years, and collaboration with Japan's DNP (Dainippon Printing Co., Ltd.).
The Tokbot supplied to Arelli, a building management, cleaning, and disinfection specialist company, is the first case to implement integration with major North American platforms and databases. Aiming for the generalization of the Tokbot engine, local personnel directly participated in the conversation model design and verification process, and it was linked with Salesforce DB, the most widely adopted database by North American companies. It also supports voice recognition to enhance convenience for on-site staff and provides services based on AWS cloud to maximize availability regardless of region and time.
With North American Kyungdong Navien Inc., a Tokbot responsible for product sales, customer support, and technical consultation was built to strengthen global customer service. Based on the AI contact center solution "AICE," scheduled for release next year, a multi-lingual system for multilingual services was applied for the first time, and service expansion through Kyungdong Navien's global network is expected in the future.
In addition, Saltlux has not only secured a dashboard construction project analyzing call records of a leading domestic conglomerate's North American call center but is also actively targeting the US market by establishing close cooperation systems with overseas companies to expand the Tokbot business.
Joshua Bae, head of Saltlux's US branch, said, "Next year, we will make every effort to successfully establish new services such as DeepSignal and AICE, as well as Tokbot, in the global market," adding, "We expect Saltlux to rapidly grow into a globally recognized company by rapidly expanding its global influence based on solid technological capabilities and quality competitiveness."
