The newly launched Yang Samgyeop offers the nation's representative food, samgyeopsal (pork belly), in an unusual livestock type?lamb. Among lamb raised on pasture in Australia's pristine nature, only those under 12 months old were carefully selected, so the unique aroma and texture of lamb are preserved while allowing consumers to enjoy the chewy texture and savory flavor of samgyeopsal. It is also an excellent choice as a unique steak or grilled dish suitable for home parties.

To strengthen the title "Lamb is Lotte Mart," Lotte Mart plans to introduce not only Yang Samgyeop but also frozen thinly sliced lamb products for shabu-shabu and large-capacity shoulder and French rack products with more than 50% increased weight compared to existing products. According to Lotte Mart, lamb sales have increased by 128.4% compared to the same period last year. This is the highest growth rate within the entire livestock category, indicating diversification in trends and major consumption livestock types represented by pork and beef.
