On this day, Prime Minister Kim instructed each ministry to "thoroughly inspect and correct whether the strengthened quarantine measures implemented since the 6th are being smoothly enforced on the ground, actively identify areas for improvement, and report improvement plans to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters."

He also stated, "During the special inspection period from the 3rd to the 31st, mobilize all capabilities within the ministries to ensure that the quarantine situation stabilizes quickly."
