The fundraising target for the Korean Red Cross Jeonbuk branch membership fees for next year is 1.573 billion won, and the intensive fundraising period for Red Cross membership fees is set until the end of January next year, with fundraising campaigns currently underway.
Governor Song Ha-jin said, “This year as well, the Red Cross has always been with the residents in difficult places, supporting vulnerable groups affected by COVID-19,” and added, “I hope that residents will take an interest and participate in the Red Cross membership fee fundraising so that the Red Cross can actively carry out its activities next year.”
Meanwhile, Red Cross membership fees are used for projects that share the pain of neighbors in need and deliver hope, such as disaster and calamity victim relief, support for vulnerable groups, and blood services. Payments can be made through giro slips distributed at eup, myeon, and dong administrative welfare centers, as well as via bank transfer and ARS.
