Official Instagram of Gwangyang Tourism 'Gwangyang Tour' Winter Event in Full Swing
Visit the event space, upload a verification photo, and tag to receive a gift on a first-come, first-served basis
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seonsik] Gwangyang City in Jeonnam announced that it will create a romantic atmosphere with Christmas trees, photo zones, and more at Baealdo Island Garden and launch a special winter event linked with the official Gwangyang Tourism SNS.
Since its opening, the city has decorated Baealdo Island Garden, which has been attracting increasing numbers of tourists, with charming Christmas ornaments to create an emotional space.
Additionally, the city will operate an event using the official Gwangyang Tourism Instagram, 'Gwangyang Tour.'
The city plans to send chicken gifticons worth 20,000 KRW to the first 200 participants in the event as a gift.
Park Soon-gi, Director of the Tourism Division, said, "We have prepared a small but certain event to express our gratitude for the positive response from citizens and visitors to the recently opened Baealdo Star Counting Bridge and Baealdo Island Garden."
He added, "We hope everyone fully enjoys the Christmas atmosphere created in this special island garden space and participates in the SNS event to enjoy the joy of expecting unexpected gifts. We will continue to hold seasonal and themed events in the future."
Meanwhile, Gwangyang City is putting all its efforts into building a tourism city brand and enhancing its image by holding unique new tourism facility promotional events such as Baealdo busking and the Seomjingang Healing Road untact walking event.
