CandyPlus Selected as Google Play's '2021 Foldable App of the Year'

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] CandyPlus (formerly CandyCamera) announced on the 7th that it has been selected as the Google Play '2021 Foldable App of the Year' and received an excellence award, following Watcha and Millie's Library.

CandyPlus, which has led innovation in camera apps, has also pursued improved usability on foldable devices. In shooting mode, as the device folds, the shooting screen moves to the top, and the layout is automatically adjusted, enabling convenient photo shooting.

Therefore, this award from Google Play's '2021 Foldable App of the Year' holds great significance in modern society, where the use of various form factors and the importance of innovation are emphasized.

Recently, CandyPlus has been fiercely competing with Snow for the number one spot in the Google Play photo category. It is also consistently ranked within the top 5 in the photo category popularity charts on the iPhone App Store, showing great love from domestic users, and is rapidly growing globally.
