Shinhan Financial Investment, Recruiting Shinhan Alpha Customer Advisory Group

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Shinhan Financial Investment announced on the 7th that it has established the ‘Shinhan Alpha Customer Advisory Group’ to provide a customer-friendly digital experience and will actively reflect customer opinions.

‘Shinhan Alpha’ is Shinhan Financial Investment’s mobile app focused on personalized consultations and easy information provision for each customer. The advisory group will be recruited through Shinhan Alpha until the 10th, and any Shinhan Financial Investment customer who wants to actively share opinions and ideas for the development of Shinhan Alpha can apply.

The advisory group will consist of about 30 Shinhan Financial Investment customers. Depending on investment experience, members will be divided into beginner and experienced groups, playing a role in presenting various improvement suggestions related to Shinhan Alpha services and products. They will complete two online assignments and attend offline meetings to provide feedback.

This advisory group will be selected in December with a focus on diversity in age groups and occupations, and will be active for about two months until February next year. Shinhan Financial Investment plans to select outstanding participants and provide various activity benefits.
