[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 6th that it will offer four types of Christmas cakes and bakery items.
Guests can enjoy signature cakes such as Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse and Charlotte aux Fraises, as well as traditional Christmas breads like Gingerhouse, Stollen, and Panettone. This year's main cake, the Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse, is decorated with red, yellow, and green ornaments filled with chocolate balls, stacked like a Christmas tree. It will be available for purchase at the hotel's 1st floor Arts (A'+Z) Lounge from December 13 to 31. A minimum of two days advance reservation is required, and early bird customers can receive a 10% discount through Naver reservation until December 12.
This year's Christmas cake concept is 'Winter Wonderland,' using various colors and decorations to recreate a scene from a fairy tale. The rich Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse elegantly represents a colorful Christmas tree, the European classic cake Charlotte aux Fraises is filled with white chocolate mousse and homemade strawberry jelly, there is a fresh cream cake that looks like snow piled up, and a cheesecake highlighting cream cheese flavor.
The Gingerhouse decorated with ginger, honey, and cocoa adds visual delight. Traditional Christmas breads such as Stollen, low-temperature aged Panettone, and German traditional Zimtstern cookies are also available for purchase. Customers who make advance reservations through Naver by December 12, before the official sale on the 13th, can enjoy a 10% early bird discount.
