Premium Image Enhancement Service... Express, Pickup and Delivery Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Chevrolet announced on the 6th that it has launched the 2022 model year 'Real New Colorado' and started the 'Chevrolet Premium Care Service' for customers.
The Chevrolet Colorado is the first officially imported authentic pickup truck model in Korea, and since its launch last year, it has steadily gained popularity, even achieving the top spot as the monthly best-selling imported car in the domestic market in September.
The 2022 model year Colorado, a facelift model, comes standard with a 3.6ℓ 6-cylinder direct injection gasoline engine and a Hydra-Matic 8-speed automatic transmission. It features a new Sand Dune exterior color that enhances the off-road feel and a newly designed shift lever for driver convenience. Additionally, it applies an advanced active fuel management system that activates only 4 of the 6 cylinders depending on engine load, securing excellent fuel efficiency.
Furthermore, Tow/Haul mode, which helps provide more stable and smoother driving with optimized shift patterns even when carrying heavy loads, is standard. The vehicle is equipped with various trailering-specialized technologies rarely seen in Korea, including the StabiliTrak chassis control system with sway control function as standard for caravan towing, trailer brakes, hitch assist guidelines, and hill start assist system.
Meanwhile, to coincide with the launch of the 2022 Colorado, Chevrolet is launching a premium care service to enhance the premium image of the Chevrolet brand and increase customer convenience. This service consists of 'Express Service,' which allows convenient regular vehicle inspections and consumable replacements without prior reservation, and 'Pickup and Delivery Service,' which picks up the vehicle from the customer's desired location and returns it to the desired location without the customer having to visit the service center.
The Express Service is available anytime within the warranty period (3 years/60,000 km), and the Pickup & Delivery Service is provided free of charge once (to be used within one year after vehicle delivery) and can be used as a paid service thereafter. The Chevrolet Premium Care Service, starting with the 2022 Colorado, will be applied to all future imported premium Chevrolet vehicles.
