[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] KOSDAQ-listed company YapX announced on the 3rd that it participated in the public contribution event of the National Dialogue and Coexistence Project ‘Value of Together’ held at the National Assembly Members' Office Building conference hall.
Through the event, a strategic business agreement (MOU) was signed for joint cooperation among a total of six companies and organizations to establish a private quarantine system.
The MOU included five organizations: event organizer Bichena, Korea Infection Prevention National Council, World Federation of Sports for All, Korea Infection Prevention Association, and Sasekuihyanggi, as well as two companies, YapX and Pacific Korea.
The ‘Value of Together’ project, during which the MOU signing ceremony took place, was held as a social contribution event aimed at launching a nationwide practical movement for responsible quarantine through rebooting awareness, education, and all areas including spaces for infection prevention in the ‘With Corona’ era. About 50 companies and organizations participated and sponsored the event hosted by the Korea Infection Prevention Association and SAKA.
Choi Simyeong, CEO of YapX, said, “This MOU is meaningful in that it established an active cooperative front with the purpose of creating a harmonious and bipartisan cooperation system for healthy daily life recovery and economic recovery, and paving the way for coexistence.” He added, “We will explore multifaceted measures to maximize synergy among the MOU parties by utilizing various solution technologies that YapX independently possesses, and will work on building a competitive private quarantine system suitable for the With Corona era.”
