This complex is located within the new residential culture town of Dongtan 2 New Town. As a post-sale apartment, sales are conducted when the apartment construction progress rate exceeds 60%, offering the advantage of faster move-in. Move-in is scheduled for January 2023.
Hoban Summit Dongtan consists of 9 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 744 households, composed of highly preferred exclusive areas of 74㎡ and 84㎡. The number of households by type is △74㎡ 80 households, △84㎡A 624 households, and △84㎡B 40 households.
The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 13th of this month, followed by the first priority subscription on the 14th, and the second priority subscription on the 15th. The announcement of winners is on the 21st, and contracts will be conducted over four days from January 3 to 6, 2022. The price ceiling system is applied, with an average price set at 13.22 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
The model house for Hoban Summit Dongtan is located in the Segyo-dong area of Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and will operate by prior reservation and as a cyber model house to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
