[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] A large-scale complex called Hallabibaldi, consisting of nearly 1,300 households, will be built in Sincheon-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Hallabibaldi announced on the 3rd that it will supply 'Sincheon Station Hallabibaldi' in the area of 83-6, Sincheon-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, in mid-next month.
This complex will be composed of 6 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 47 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,297 households. 72% of the total households are the highly preferred exclusive area of 84㎡.
A walking trail will be created along the green space circulating throughout the complex, and there are elementary, middle, and high schools nearby, allowing for walking commutes. It is a car-free apartment on the ground level, and the height of the underground parking entrance has been raised to allow delivery vehicles to enter.
Within the complex, there will be spaces for camping, gardening, and crop cultivation, as well as a pine tree park and a dedicated badminton court. Inside the apartments, various specialized storage designs such as dressing rooms, pantries, and alpha rooms have been created.
The residential environment in the area is improving due to the development of the Siheung Eungye Housing District. It has high development potential as it harmonizes with Baegot New Town, Janghyeon Mokgam District, and others. Behind it are Siwha MTV and Maehwa Industrial Complex, which attract a large population demand.
Using the nearby Seohae Line Sincheon Station, access to downtown Seoul and Gangnam is possible within an hour. The Siheung IC on the Metropolitan Area 1st Outer Ring Road, Sincheon IC on the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and Soha IC on the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway are also nearby.
A Hallabibaldi sales official said, "Siheung-si is emerging as a new residential area in the southwestern metropolitan area, with a steady increase in population inflow from Incheon and nearby metropolitan areas. Especially, Sincheon-dong is expected to be popular not only among actual users but also investors due to its triple station area and nearby industrial complexes."
