[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] CJ OnStyle announced on the 3rd that it has obtained the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification for the 8th consecutive time, maintaining it for 14 years.
The CCM certification is a system that continuously evaluates companies' consumer-related management activities and certifies them every two years. It is certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency.
Since CJ OnStyle first received the CCM certification in 2007, the first in the distribution industry, it has maintained the certification for 14 years through eight re-certifications. Differentiated services such as the Sharing Delivery service and the introduction of the Good Handle received favorable evaluations.
A CJ OnStyle official said, “As a result of reflecting the CCM philosophy throughout management and taking the lead in consumer protection and corporate social responsibility, we have been honored with the longest certification period in Korea. We will continue to lead the industry with differentiated services and efforts to achieve customer satisfaction.”
