Choi Moon-ho Appointed as President of EcoPro BM
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Ecopro has promoted Kim Yoon-tae, Vice President of Ecopro Innovation, and Choi Moon-ho, Vice President of Ecopro BM, to Presidents respectively.
Ecopro announced on the 1st that it has carried out key executive promotions in its affiliates, including Ecopro Innovation and Ecopro BM.
Kim Yoon-tae, President of Ecopro Innovation, was born in 1960 and graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Inha University. He started his career at Hyundai Construction and worked at Korea Spirex Saco. He joined Ecopro in 2009 and currently oversees the lithium business as CEO of Ecopro Innovation.
Choi Moon-ho, President of Ecopro BM, was born in 1974 and majored in Chemical Engineering at Seoul National University. He earned a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from Hanyang University Graduate School. He joined Ecopro in 2004 and has greatly contributed to the company's development with various awards, including the Prime Minister's Award for his contributions to the secondary battery industry promotion. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ecopro BM.
