Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation Gangseo Branch, Winter Fire Prevention and Outdoor Heater Safety Campaign

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Gangseo Branch of the Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation (President Kim Kyungho) conducted a winter fire prevention safety campaign on November 30.

This campaign was carried out throughout Gangseo Market, and considering the COVID-19 situation, it was conducted by each responsible area without gathering participants.

Corporation employees distributed fire prevention promotional materials and three KF94 masks per store to vendors to prevent COVID-19. They urged distributors to prevent winter fire accidents and to comply with quarantine rules such as wearing masks at all times to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the market. Additionally, safety inspections on the safe use of outdoor heaters were conducted.

Im Jaegun, head of the Facilities Management Team, stated, “Since many safety accidents occur in early winter when the cold begins, we will ensure thorough fire prevention and facility inspections to make Gangseo Market a safe place without accidents.”
