GS Construction to Launch Sales of 'Pohang Xi Atherton' Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction is introducing Xi Apartments in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do.

GS Construction announced on the 30th that it plans to sell 'Pohang Xi Atherton' next month in Hakjam-dong 93-4, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk.

'Atherton' is named after the city of Atherton in California, USA, located between San Francisco and San Jose, the core areas of Silicon Valley, and has grown into an emerging affluent area based on excellent accessibility and living convenience.

The complex consists of 15 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 38 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,433 households. Among them, there will be 35 terrace houses and 2 penthouses, which are rare in Pohang.
