[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Sejong Telecom is participating in a care prevention service for single-person households vulnerable to solitary deaths.
On the 29th, Sejong Telecom announced that it has partnered to support communication fees for the 'Clova Care Call Pilot Project.' This project is a welfare call pilot service developed and implemented by Haeundae-gu and Naver since March, and it will be launched from today.
Sejong Telecom will actively work to ensure that the Clova Care Call Pilot Project developed by Naver proceeds effectively with Haeundae-gu by ▲ improving the quality of welfare call communications ▲ supporting communication fees for Sejong Internet Phone (VoIP), among other efforts.
The Naver Clova Care Call Pilot Project is a service in which artificial intelligence (AI) checks on the well-being and health status of single-person households in Haeundae-gu via wired and wireless calls, and supports emotional stability through everyday conversations.
When the artificial intelligence (AI) calls the care recipients, Sejong Internet Phone (VoIP) makes the call through an internet-based telephone service. Sejong Telecom, as a VoIP infrastructure operator certified by the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) for VoIP call quality and connection quality, provides a stable communication environment. In particular, this project has also established a management system to enable proactive responses in case of emergencies involving the recipients.
