Subscription applications for 8,533 households in 12 locations nationwide, 3rd pre-subscription for newlyweds' Hope Town supplying a total of 2,172 households
Model houses open in 10 locations including 'Hillstate Sosa Station' and 'Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] In the first week of December, a total of 8,533 households (including urban lifestyle housing, officetels, private rentals, and newlywed hope towns, excluding public rental housing) will begin pre-sale across 12 locations nationwide.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, the third round of pre-subscription for newlywed hope towns will start from the 1st of next month. It will be held in two locations: △ Gwacheon Juam (C1 and C2 blocks) with 1,421 households, and △ Siheung Hajung (A1 and A4 blocks) with 751 households.
The Gwacheon Juam district borders the Seoul Gangnam area to the north along Yangjaecheon Stream. The Siheung Hajung district is near Siheung City Hall Station on the Seohae Line. This station will be developed as a transfer station for the Sinansan Line (scheduled to open in 2024) and the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (scheduled to open in 2026).
Excluding the pre-subscription units (2,172 households), most of the supply (5,674 households) will be officetels. Notably, complexes expected to benefit from improved transportation networks are appearing one after another. In Paju Unjeong New Town, Gyeonggi Province, applications are being accepted for the ‘Hillstate The Unjeong’ officetel. This complex is expected to benefit from the GTX-A line (scheduled to open in 2024). The ‘Daejeon Doan Central I-Park’ located in Doan New Town, Daejeon, is also accepting applications. It is situated near the planned tram station on Daejeon Metro Line 2.
Model houses will open at 10 locations including ‘Hillstate Sosa Station’, ‘Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent’, and ‘St. Regis Yeondong’. On the 28th, the model house for ‘Tangjeong Station Yemi Ji’ will open. Winner announcements will be held at 16 locations, and contracts will proceed at 11 locations.
On the 1st, Hyundai Construction will accept applications for ‘Hillstate The Unjeong’, located at 1471-2,3 Wadong-dong, Unjeong New Town, Paju, Gyeonggi Province (F1-P1 and P2 blocks). The complex will be built with 13 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 49 floors above ground, totaling 3,413 households (744 apartments and 2,669 residential officetel units). Among these, officetels (with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 147㎡) will be prioritized for sale this month. The complex will feature the first store of ‘Starfield Village’, a new community-type shopping space by Shinsegae Property.
On the same day, HDC Hyundai Development Company will accept applications for the residential officetel ‘Daejeon Doan Central I-Park’ in Doan New Town, Daejeon. It will be developed in three phases (C4, C1, and C5 blocks) on the Doan 2-1 district quasi-residential land, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground. Out of a total of 377 units with an exclusive area of 84㎡, 373 units will be supplied. The complex is close to the central commercial district and offers easy access to various shopping and cultural facilities such as Homeplus, Lotte Mart, Megabox, and Daejeon City Museum.
On the 3rd, Hyundai Engineering will open the model house for ‘Hillstate Sosa Station’, located at 65-2 Sosabon-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province. The complex will consist of 629 households with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 84㎡, in buildings from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. It is near Sosa Station, the only transfer station in Bucheon that connects Subway Line 1 and the Seohae Line.
On the same day, Daewoo Construction will open the model house for ‘Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent’, located at 430-4 Hyomok-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu. The complex will consist of 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 16 floors above ground, with a total of 794 households and exclusive areas ranging from 78 to 112㎡. It is within walking distance to Dongdaegu Station Complex Transfer Center and is adjacent to Daegu Subway Line 1, KTX, SRT, and Dongdaegu Terminal.
Also on the same day, the model house for the officetel ‘St. Regis Yeondong’, located at 276-1 Yeondong, Jeju City, Jeju, will open. The complex consists of one building with 4 basement floors and 15 floors above ground, totaling 140 units with exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡, designed mainly as terrace-type small to medium-sized units. It offers hotel-grade community facilities and concierge services.
