By infection route, 9 cases occurred at a medical institution located in Seo-gu. Index patient number 6121 was classified as a close contact, tested positive after examination, and subsequently transmitted the virus to hospitalized patients and others.

The hospital underwent disinfection and a full investigation (370 people), and currently, a second on-site evaluation is underway.

Five cases were related to a care center located in Buk-gu, and one case was related to a nursing hospital located in Gwangsan-gu.

Three cases were related to confirmed patients from other cities and provinces. Eight cases were related to previously confirmed patients, among which two were confirmed infected during tests conducted before release from quarantine.

Eight people, including numbers 6136 to 6138, tested positive after experiencing symptoms and undergoing testing; their specific infection routes have not been identified.
