Mammoth-scale Residential Complex Relatively Free from Various Regulations
Hyundai Construction will open the model house for the mammoth residential complex "Hillstate The Unjeong" on the 26th (Friday) and sell 2,669 residential officetel units within the complex.
This complex is scheduled to be built in the Wadong-dong area of Unjeong New Town, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It will consist of 13 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,413 households (744 apartments and 2,669 residential officetel units). Within the complex, "Shinsegae Property" will establish a large-scale community-type shopping space called "Starfield Village." Additionally, "Jongno M School" is also planned to open there.
The floor plan of these officetels resembles that of apartments. The officetels feature apartment-level layouts. Except for the penthouses, all units are 84㎡ with a 3-room structure, and each has two bathrooms. A pantry and utility room are provided around the kitchen to secure storage space for food ingredients and other items. A dressing room is included in Room 2, and a coffered ceiling is applied in the living room (Room 1) and kitchen.
These officetels are relatively more affordable compared to apartments. The sale price for the exclusive 84㎡ units starts from the 700 million KRW range. Moreover, a 50% interest-free benefit on the interim payment is offered, effectively providing a discount on the sale price.
The "Hillstate The Unjeong" officetels can be purchased by anyone aged 19 or older regardless of their place of residence or subscription savings account status. Additionally, applications are possible regardless of home ownership, and they are relatively free from various regulations such as loan restrictions, re-winning limitations, and mandatory residence requirements.
The model house opened on the 26th (Friday) and is welcoming visitors.
