[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Hanyang announced on the 23rd that it will launch sales at the end of this month for ‘Cheongna Hanyang Sujain Diestin,’ located in Block B5-2 of the Cheongna International Financial District in Incheon.

‘Cheongna Hanyang Sujain Diestin’ is a residential officetel consisting of three buildings with up to 47 floors above ground and a total of 702 units, each with a net area of 84㎡. The units are divided into three types: 84㎡A with 234 units, 84㎡B with 234 units, and 84㎡C with 234 units. This is the first sale in the metropolitan area since the renewal of Hanyang’s housing brand ‘Sujain.’

Since this complex is a residential officetel, subscription restrictions are less stringent. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of subscription savings account, residence restrictions, or home ownership status. Winners are selected by lottery, so even those with insufficient points can have a chance to win.

The Cheongna district, where the complex is located, is attracting large corporations such as Hana Financial Group and Hyundai Mobis, and a medical complex town is planned to be developed.

Within walking distance of the complex are the planned new stations on Line 7, City Tower Station (tentative name) and Cheongna International Business District Station (tentative name), and discussions are underway regarding the extension of Seoul Subway Line 2. Adjacent to the complex is Cheongna Lake Park, approximately 690,000㎡ in size, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Applications will be accepted on November 30 via the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, with winners announced on December 3. Contracts with winners will be conducted over four days from December 6 to 9.

To prevent COVID-19 infection, the model house will operate by reservation only. For customers who find it difficult to visit, a cyber model house featuring a VR (virtual reality) tour of the interior of the units will be available on the official website.
