127 Units Townhouse 'Jeju Gukjehakgyo Ibis127' to be Sold This Month

Recently, the life trend of pursuing a healing lifestyle has been reflected in the housing market, drawing attention to townhouses that offer countryside living within the city.

Within the complex, high-end community facilities such as a golf practice range, study cafe, study rooms, fitness center, and unmanned parcel storage will be separately provided by the project management company. Neighborhood living facilities will also be developed within the complex, allowing residents to enjoy the convenience of apartment living.


With abundant service areas such as terraces, flower beds, and attics, the actual usable area exceeds twice the exclusive area, enabling a more spacious lifestyle. The three-story detached structure, with each floor forming a single household, frees families with active children from worries about noise between floors.


The first floor includes a private garden and two exclusive parking spaces per unit, as well as a multi-room (in some units) that can be customized to fit residents’ lifestyles. Jeju International School Ibis127 is currently operating a model house, with KB Real Estate Trust as the project trustee and Utop Construction handling construction, adding to its reliability.
