IBK Industrial Bank Hosts 'Digital New Deal' Online Job Fair

Employment Support Services Including Resume Consulting

[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 15th that it will hold the '2021 Digital New Deal Online Job Fair' in collaboration with the Korea Student Aid Foundation and the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association. The fair, which will be held online for three weeks starting today, will conduct the entire recruitment process online.

This fair, featuring innovative companies leading the Digital New Deal, will operate online recruitment halls under three themes: 'Data & Network, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Social Overhead Capital (SOC) Digitalization.' Over 100 excellent companies, including Naver Systems, GMT, and LiveCell Instruments, will participate in recruitment.

Participating companies will be provided with AI recruitment solutions throughout the entire process, including document screening, interview stages, and aptitude and job competency tests using AI systems.

Job seekers can experience various employment support services for free, such as AI-based self-introduction letter analysis, resume consulting, and mentoring by current employees. Among the job seekers who participate in interviews, the first 300 will receive interview support funds.

Yoon Jong-won, the bank president, stated, "The Digital New Deal is a major policy for industrial and economic transformation that is creating new jobs," and added, "We hope this will be an opportunity platform for innovative companies representing the Digital New Deal, such as AI, cloud, and ICT, and for young people to match with jobs."
