Notably, ‘Hoban Summit Smart City’ is one of the initial sale complexes in Busan Eco Delta City, subject to the price ceiling system, attracting attention for its value linked to the development of Busan Eco Delta City.
According to Busan City, the Busan Eco Delta City development project covers an area of 11.77 km² (approximately 3.56 million pyeong) in Gangdong-dong, Myeongji-dong, and Daejeo 2-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, and will accommodate about 30,000 households and approximately 76,000 residents. This size is about twice that of the adjacent Myeongji International New City. In particular, Busan Eco Delta City is planned as a future-oriented waterfront city centered on rivers, as well as a global hub city for complex logistics and industry, expected to emerge as a self-sufficient city representing the western Busan area.
Furthermore, ‘Hoban Summit Smart City’ is located in a prime spot with a central commercial district directly opposite the complex and access to the living infrastructure of Myeongji International City. There is a school site nearby, and a waterside ecological park is planned around the area, providing a pleasant residential environment. Some units also offer views of the Nakdong River.
Wide-area transportation networks such as Eulsukdo Bridge, the Second Namhae Expressway, and Gimhae International Airport are well established, and planned projects like the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway (planned) and Eomgung-Saenggok Road (planned) will further improve transportation conditions.
‘Hoban Summit Smart City’ is designed with a south-facing layout and all units feature a 4BAY design for excellent lighting and ventilation. Inside the units, variable walls are provided to allow floor plan customization according to individual preferences and personalities. Additionally, the top-floor units have specialized attic designs, and some units feature side-protruding balconies.
The community facilities within the complex include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, screen golf practice range, theater room, coin laundry, kids club, moms caf?, study room, and a small library, allowing residents to enjoy hobbies and leisure activities.
Moreover, the complex is a car-free zone on the ground level, ensuring pedestrian safety, and various outdoor spaces such as themed forests, grass plazas, and sunset plazas have been created to enhance residential comfort. A home IoT platform is provided for residents' convenience, with lifestyle information devices installed at the entrance that can control gas and lighting shutoff and elevator calls. However, IoT appliances must be purchased separately, and service usage fees apply.
A Hoban Construction sales official stated, “Located in a prime area where residents can conveniently enjoy the living infrastructure of Busan Eco Delta City and supplied at a reasonable price, local residents have very high expectations. As this complex offers differentiated Hoban Summit products and future value from the development of the housing district, we expect good results.”
The 'Hoban Summit Smart City' model house is currently open, and the expected move-in date is January 2024.
