The 'Savings and Deposit Product Subscription Talk' service, which features a conversational UI, provides a seamless experience from recommending customized products based on subscription amount and period to product subscription through a friendly UI that allows users to interact with the character Oli. It enhances customer convenience by recommending tailored products according to each customer's savings goals.
By introducing the 'Face Authentication' method at login, the bank diversified identity verification methods and improved the login process to be simple and completed within one second regardless of the phone model. Along with this, financial service convenience was enhanced by launching the 'Exchange Rate Reservation Exchange' service, which automatically exchanges currency at the customer's desired exchange rate, and 'Deposit Collateral Loan.'
Additionally, the bank plans to launch the 'All One Allowance Management' service to help customers develop planned financial habits. This service allows users to easily send and receive allowances among each other based on transaction sharing features, assign allowance missions to other users, and request allowances upon mission completion.
