[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Dongwoo Development and Joongang Construction will begin sales this month for the urban lifestyle housing complex "Gangdong Joongang Heights City" in Gil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

Gangdong Joongang Heights City will be developed as a single building with 2 basement floors and 18 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 96 households (exclusive area 41~49㎡).

The complex boasts excellent transportation conditions. It is a double station area within walking distance of Gangdong Station and Gil-dong Station on Seoul Subway Line 5. The road network, including Olympic-daero, Cheonho-daero, and Sangil IC, is well established, allowing convenient access to various parts of Seoul.
